Where do you ship, and how long does shipping take?

We currently ship throughout Australia using Australia Post. (We hope to ship internationally VERY soon). Processing times are between 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, and we do not currently offer express shipping due to our regional location. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak periods.

What should I do if my book arrives damaged?

If your book arrives damaged, please contact us using the contact from on the website or by emailing hello@nightbloombookstore.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and photos of the damage, with the original packaging. We will get back to you ASAP. For more information, see our Returns and exchanges policy

Can I place a special order for a book that's not listed on your website?

Absolutely! We love connecting readers with hard-to-find books. If there's a specific book you're looking for, especially from independent authors, reach out to us, and we'll do our best to source it for you.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
